- Soak Chana dal & rice for around 4 hours. Drain excess water & ground them with ginger & green chilli.Make a smooth batter. Consistency should be like idli batter.

- Grease Dhokla mold & poured the better. Steamed it for 26-30 minutes. When it'll be ready..Let it cool for few minutes & cut into small square pieces.
