  17. 1 dry red chilli
  18. 1 green chilli
  19. 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  20. 2 tbsp Oil
  21. 1/4 th tsp Mustard seeds, cumin seeds
  22. 1 pinch asafoetida
  23. to taste Sugar, salt
  24. 1/4 th tsp Turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder

  1. Mix all the ingredient of muthiya and make shape of muthiya and place it in a oil greased plate.
  2. Steam the muthiya for about 10-15 min. Or untill it cook after it cool cut it into small pieces.
  3. Now take a pan put oil and then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli, green chilli, asafoetida, Currey leaves then add sesame seeds after it starts crackling add muthiya pieces then add all the left ingredients. Mix well and serve hot.
