- Cook mutton with fennel seed cumin seeds coriander seeds 2 cloves small piece cinnamon 2 cardamom crushed shallots 1/2 tablespoon pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon chilli powder salt and two cups of water.
- Separate stock and mutton pieces
- Heat up a pot add gher or oil splutter it with cloves small piece cinnamon and 2 cardamom
- Saute chopped onions with some salt when is half done add ginger garlic green chilli paste saute till it's row smell goes
