  18. 1/2 tbsp food color
  19. 1 tbsp vineger
  20. Boil 3 glass or 1 & 1/2 kg rice using 1/2 tbsp kewra + salt
  21. Also add 2 star anise,bay leaves,zeera until rice is half cooked

  1. Mix all the ingredients(except fried onions,Sliced tomatoes & mint leaves) in a bowl and cook on medium flame using 3-4 cups of water in pressure cooker for 15 minutes....
  2. When meat is done low the flame and dry remaining water until oil separates...
  3. Use meat layer first then put rice and also put fried onions,tomatoes and mint leaves....
  4. Cook on low flame using pan under pot for 10 minutes...
