- 1 cup brown onion

Instructions to make to make Mutton Pulao
- Heat 1/2 cup oil add bayleaf + cumin seeds + cinnamon then add washed mutton and saute on high flame for 2 mins.
- Turn flame to medium.Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 mins.
- Mix curd and chopped coriander leaves.and add to the mutton mix it and cook for sometimes.
- Then add crumbled brown onion + green chillies and saute for 5 mins.Then add 2 glasses of water and bring to a boil.Cook till 7 whistlesafter that open and check mutton is cooked or not.if mutton is done remove it in a dekchi if not cooked give 2 more whistles.
- Peel potato and cut into thick slices and fry in the oil till golden and cooked.
- Heat mutton dekchi and add washed rice to it cook till rice is 85% cooked add water if needed.
- Put potato slices on top cover it and give dum(slow heat) for 15 mins.
- Remove and serve hot.
