Instructions to make to make Chicken biryani
- Soked basmasti rice 1/2 an hour
- Marinted chicken:- chicken, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,oil, Coriander leaves, pudina leaves, curd, salt add it & mix it well rest for 1 hour
- Cooker me oil dale fir usame kade masale add kar ke saute kijiye
- Fir onion dal kar fry kijiye golden brown hone tak saute karte rahiye
- Then add tomato & saute
- Fir usame 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi powder,Chicken biryani masala add kar ke saute kijiye
- Fir marinated chicken dal acche se mix kijiye fir 5 min dak kar pakaiye salt dal kar mix kijiye
- Fir rice dal kar mix kijiye fir 5 min dak kar pakaiye (slow flame par)
- Then add water & cook 5min usake baad dak kar 10 min pakaiye uper se fried onion & coriander leaves dal kar garnish kijiye. Ready to eat
