  1. Take 1 cup sooji and 1/2tbsp of salt. add 1cup of curd.1/2 cup water mix it well..and last pinched ka little baking soda or ENO...IDLI batter is ready grease your idli stand and pour idli batter in idli stand.
  2. Take 1/4cup maida.2tbsp corn flour..2tbsp rice flour.1/4 tbsp red chilli.add salt according to your taste.garlic onion paste and mix it well.add little amount of water to make thick batter..
  3. Turn on the flame heat oil in a pan.Dip the idli into the batter place it in a hot oil one by one..and take it out after golden brown colour if he fried..
  4. Turn on the flame heat a pan and add oil,garlic,green chilli,yellow capsicum,red capsicum,spring onions, and (fry it for a seconds).add food colur is optional..add 1tbsp of tomato ketchup,vinegar,Soya sauce,1tbsp Red chilli sauce,mix it well..add some salt, add 1tbsp of water with 1tbsp of corn flour.mix it well and turn of the flame then add idli in it and mix it well.
