  1. First take a mixer jar put all msala in it
  2. Make a paste
  3. Take a pan heat oil fry all vegetables,paneer and cashchew
  4. Now take a pan heat ghee
  5. Add paste saute it
  6. Add all dry masala in it
  7. Saute it till oil comes out
  8. Now add sugar,salt curd and fresh cream
  9. Saute it 3 min
  10. Add all veggies init
  11. Mix well cook for 2 min.
  12. Take another pan heat ghee
  13. Put first layer of rice
  14. Spread veggies paste on it
  15. Spread some cashchew,paneer and onion
  16. Spread another layer of rice
  17. Spread paste of veggies
  18. Spread kaju,kishmish,paneer and onion fry
  19. At the last spread layer of rice
  20. Shimmer it for 10 min on slow flame
  21. Now take a rice plate put birayani on it
  22. Garnish with paneer,kaju and onion fry
  23. Spread coriander leaves
