- 4 Cardamom
- 5 cloves

- 5 tsp Ghee
- 150 ml Groundnut
- 1 cup Curd
Instructions to make to make Mutton Biryani | Authentic Ambur Biryani
- Wash mutton and pressure cook it for 3 whistles. Add turmeric pinch, 2 tsp chilli powder. Bring down from stove and keep it aside.
- Add Groundnut oil and Ghee medium hot cooker pan
- Add Bayleaf, star anees, Cumin, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and leave it for 1 minute
- Add chopped onions and stir well for 3 minutes. Add tomato and still well for 3 mins
- Add ginger garlic paste and stir well. Add curd
- Add mint leaves and curry leaves and stir well
- Add cooked mutton pieces. Add turmeric powder and chilli powder
- Add salt and stir well. Let it cook for 2 mins
- Now add water for ingredients to cook.for 1 cup rice two cups of water is the proposition
- Add require salt and sprikle mint leaves
- Add two tsp of ghee on the top. Cook for 15 mins or two whistles in cooker.
- Leave it to settle down after we remove from stove.
