  1. Step 1 boiling rice
  2. Method
    Boil water with whole garam masala n salt add drops of lemon. When water start boiling add rice n cook only 70-75%
  3. #gravy
    In a pot add oil n fry onion till golden fry, take half onion for later use.. Now add mutton/ chicken n roast on high flame till it's changes colour, now add ginger garlic paste n all dry masala flame should b on high.. Now it start living oil then low the flame n add well beaten curd.. If u r making with mutton than take 3-4 whistle or till mutton gets cook.

    Take potato n cut into big pieces n fry in the oil till light golden brown..

    Cut tomato in round shape n keep
  4. Now take cooked gravy add green chillies pudina n coriander n mix...
    First layer cooked gravy put fried potato, tomato, pudina, coriander n sprinkle fried onion. Now spread rice over it.. On top add 2 tbs ghee or oil.. Orange n yellow colour.. Sprinkle fried onion pudina n coriander n keep on dum for 10-15 mins.. Don't open the cover of the vessel.. After 15-20 mins serve with raita..
